what is a subliminal?

A subliminal is an audio with hidden affirmations behind it, for example "I have a sharp jawline".Those affirmations can be heard byΒ your subconscious. Since your subconscious hears and believes anything you say, it'll manifest it into your reality so your reality matches your/your subconscious' belief !
It's more of a psychological process & has nothing to do with religion or spiritualism.The benefits are just a summary of the actual affirmations in that subliminal. Yes, I layer all subliminals with a Booster, either my Viper Booster or Potion Booster.β˜† How many times should I listen?
That's up to you. You can use them as much as you want. I personally recommend to use my subs 1-3 times. I do recommend to use my subliminals made with the LION (Li = Listen ; On = Once) formula only once a day because of the way the affirmations were written, so make sure to always read the description.β˜† How many times should I listen for the subliminal to work ?
That is different for each person.
It's like when there's a long sentence you have to memorise. Some learn it by heart after reading the sentence once, some have to repeat it many times until it's stuck in their head. You can choose one or multiple subliminals, use them and see after how many times approximately you start to see results. You can use boosters for faster results tooβ˜† Can I block out affirmations?
Along with affirmations for permanent results I also add affirmations for desired results. So yes, you can block out unwanted benefits and only manifest the things you want.β˜† Do your subliminals contain any religious/universe/magic/witchcraft related affirmations?

Visual wallpapers are pictures with hidden affirmations in there. The affirmations were written with a low opacity, since we shouldn't see it but our subconscious will.Don't look for the affirmations and let the affirmations sink into you !! All you have to do is to put it as your wallpaper (can be anywhere) and one quick glance is absolutely fine.You don't need to stare at it for hours in order to get results, just one glance is okay.What's great about these is that you will probably forget that you have it as your wallpaper, which will help you with detachment and will stop you from obsessing over results.So, visual wallpapers are something like subliminals but in a picture format.
