what is a subliminal?

A subliminal is an audio with hidden affirmations behind it, for example "I have a sharp jawline".Those affirmations can be heard by your subconscious. Since your subconscious hears and believes anything you say, it'll manifest it into your reality so your reality matches your/your subconscious' belief !
It's more of a psychological process & has nothing to do with religion or spiritualism.The benefits are just a summary of the actual affirmations in that subliminal.
