what is a subliminal?what is manifestation?

A subliminal is an audio with hidden affirmations behind it, for example "I have a sharp jawline".Those affirmations can be heard byΒ your subconscious. Since your subconscious hears and believes anything you say, it'll manifest it into your reality so your reality matches your/your subconscious' belief !
It's more of a psychological process & has nothing to do with religion or spiritualism.How do you manifest?

All you have to do is to just listen to it.Just listen to it as if you were listening to your favorite songs. You don't have to make it complicated, since it's just an audio with hidden affirmations that go to your subconscious mind.Put it in a comfortable volume.Listen through your headphones or on loud or through a Bluetooth speaker, it doesn’t matter.
